Two real-world project proposals, reviewed independently — what's strong, exactly where they'd get challenged, and a prioritized plan to fix it. Delivered in three languages.
Acting as an independent reviewer, I analyzed two proposals headed for funders and sponsors — an eco-tourism infrastructure initiative and a large cultural-festival sponsorship. For each, I delivered a clear, honest assessment: the genuine strengths, the weaknesses that would sink approval, the specific objections institutional reviewers and sponsors would raise, and a prioritized list of what to fix before submission — all written in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
The same blind spots show up again and again — and they're exactly what gets a proposal rejected:
This is the same skill behind every engagement I take on. Whether it's a venue's profit-and-loss or a $55K infrastructure proposal, the job is identical: read the plan with an honest outside eye, find the gaps everyone close to it has stopped seeing, and hand back a clear path to fix them.
An independent, honest read on where it's strong, where it'll get challenged, and how to fix it. The first call is free.
